GAITHERSBURG, Md.

Maryland continues to produce outstanding girls flag football talent, and Northwest High School standout Myah Jackman has established herself among the region's most accomplished student-athletes.

A dynamic two-way player who contributes at both wide receiver and defensive back, Jackman has earned national recognition while building a resume highlighted by elite showcase appearances, All-American honors, and a commitment to continue her playing career at the collegiate level.

Jackman has announced her commitment to play NCAA Division I flag football at the University of Texas at Arlington, becoming one of a growing number of athletes helping pave the way for the sport's continued collegiate expansion.

Competing for Loudoun Legends in addition to her high school program, Jackman has consistently tested herself against elite competition through national showcases and regional events.

Her accomplishments include a two-time Big 33 All-American selection, a 2025 U.S. Army Bowl All-American selection, two-time DMV Top 100 Girls Flag Football nominee, participation in the Oakley Icon Series (18U), and competition in elite regional and national flag football events.

Jackman's versatility has made her valuable on both sides of the football. Whether making plays as a receiver or defending opposing offenses in the secondary, she has earned recognition for her football IQ, athleticism, leadership, and competitive approach.

Her collegiate commitment reflects years of development and consistent performance while competing against many of the Mid-Atlantic's top athletes.
